  • Establishing design team rituals, review cadence, and quality bar for a category with no established industry UX conventions.

  • Spearheaded Coinbase Advanced, a pro-trader dashboard featuring real-time market data, dense order-book UI, multi-asset portfolio analytics, and customizable trading workflows.
  • Co-founded Stand with Crypto as the founding design member, building brand identity, product strategy, and platform UX for the crypto advocacy movement that mobilized millions of bi-partisan users and raised donations across all 50 states.
  • Pioneered onchain UX frameworks and design standards adopted across Coinbase product verticals, reducing cross-team inconsistency and accelerating shipping velocity for onchain-adjacent features.

  • Architected UX for bitcoin-backed loans, scaling to $1B+ in collateral within 6 months by designing end-to-end borrower flows, risk communication frameworks, and collateral management interfaces for first-time and experienced crypto holders.
  • Launched stablecoin lending product that captured $100M in assets within 10 days, delivering full onboarding flow, yield dashboards, and trust-building UX from 0 to 1 in a category with no established consumer patterns.

  • Led design for Meta's real-time hangout and livestreaming platform suite: Facebook Live Audio Rooms, Instagram Live Rooms, Messenger Rooms, and Play Together, building creator and viewer interaction models before live audio became a cultural moment.
  • Built foundational UX for Facebook Gaming from the ground up: the Gaming destination tab in the Facebook app, the standalone Facebook Gaming app, and Facebook Cloud Games, a 0-to-1 product problem in a competitive, high-stakes category.
  • Co-invented an interactive session capture system with continuous active-speaker highlighting during playback (US Patent 20230367539A1), solving the core UX problem of navigating unstructured long-form live content.
  • Co-invented Systems and Methods for Providing Game-Related Content (US Patent 11405347B1), covering core recommendation mechanics in the Facebook Gaming platform.

  • Designed and prototyped novel OS-level interaction patterns for Google's next-generation AR/VR platform, working on gesture, navigation, and ambient display paradigms before mixed-reality interaction had established conventions.
  • Daydream division was subsequently wound down in 2019. Joined Meta as a full-time Senior Designer directly upon graduation.

  • Founding designer at an HTC-funded VR haptics startup. Designed the full wearable haptic suit product line and professional haptic authoring software for VR developers, covering hardware form factor, interaction model, and developer tooling UX.
